Fruit Box Connect makes managing your fruit and milk standing orders a breeze. Adjust quantities, remove, and even add new products all with the click of a button. Plus, browse and shop the whole tearoom, including our new curated pantry range.
In this tutorial you will learn how to:
Step 1: Access your standing orders
- Sign In to Fruit Box Connect. View Sign in to Fruit Box Connect for more information
- Select Locations/Standing Orders from the left navigation to view your registered delivery locations
- Choose the location associated with the standing order you’d like to modify
- Select your standing order
- Review your current product list and quantities
Step 2: Edit your standing order
Whether you want to adjust item quantities or would like to add complimentary items to your order, we have you covered.
A. Change quantities
Are items disappearing faster than you expected? Perhaps you’ve noticed more people gravitating to one type of milk? Managing your order quantities is easy.
- Click the + or - to adjust product quantities
- If you need to remove an item from your standing order change the quantity to 0
- Check your order to ensure all products and quantities are correct. If you have applied a temporary change, remember to check this too as any changes you make will be replicated in your temporary change
- Sit back and relax. Your standing order will be automatically saved, and a confirmation email sent to your inbox
B. Add new products (2 min read)
Fruit Box Connect makes browsing and adding products to your milk or fruit standing order simple. Compliment your standing order with items like specialty coffee, yogurt or dried fruit and nuts.
- Scroll down past your Total and select Add Products
- Browse a range of products that can be delivered with your standing order. You can use the filters located to the left of the products to search by category, service type, and more

When you find a product you’d like to add, select Add to Standing Order
- If you have a milk standing order you can select from milk, dairy & chilled items, such as fresh dairy, plant based and lactose free milk, butter, margarine, juice, yoghurt and specialty coffee
- If you have a fruit standing order this includes our seasonal fruit box, fruit preference items, snacking fruit and vegies, dried fruit & nuts, bread, and specialty coffee
- When you’ve finished browsing, click Back to Standing Orders located in the top left-hand corner
- Check your order to ensure all products and quantities are correct. If you have applied a temporary change, remember to check this too as any changes you make will be replicated in your temporary change
- If you have added a product by mistake, you can use the bin icon to remove it or the + or – to amend quantities
- Sit back and relax. Your standing order will be automatically saved, and a confirmation email sent to your inbox
Please note: if you have used the top menu to browse our range you may see these 2 options:

Choose Standing Order – for items that belong in a different standing order. E.g., milk cannot be added to a fruit standing order. It is best to complete any changes to your current standing order before moving to your next standing order. If you don’t have the standing order type needed for the product you have selected, you can create one. You can also use the filters located to the left of your products to change the service type you’re viewing. View Create a new fruit/milk standing order (1 min read) for more information
- Add to Cart - for items that can be added to a single pantry order. If you select Add to Cart, items will be added to your cart at the location displayed at the top of the page. View Create a single pantry order (1 min read) for more information
