We know that flexibility is important in business. Our Standing Order Controls are designed to help you prepare for public holiday weeks or temporary staff changes Apply a Temporary Change to update the product quantities in your standing order for a specific time period, without affecting your regular order. A temporary change can be applied for up to 8 weeks.
Step 1: Access your standing orders
- Sign In to Fruit Box Connect. View Sign in to Fruit Box Connect for more information
- Select Locations/Standing Orders from the left navigation to view your registered delivery locations
- Choose the location associated with the standing order you’d like to modify
- Select your standing order
- Review your current product list and quantities
Step 2: Apply a temporary change
- Select Temporary Change from the Standing Order Controls
- Choose the temporary change period using the calendar, then press Submit
- A Temporary Change column will now appear in your standing order table. Select the column on the right labelled Temporary Change by clicking on the header (see image)
- Adjust product quantities by using the + and - buttons. If you need to remove a product, change the quantity to 0
- Review your Temporary change and regular standing order to ensure they are correct
- Sit back and relax. Your temporary change will be automatically saved, and a confirmation email sent to your inbox
Please note: you are unable to add products to a temporary change. The Add Products feature will add products to your regular standing order.
