Standing Order Controls allow you to pause your deliveries for a few days or a few weeks. Plan ahead for public holiday weeks, Christmas shutdowns and more. Use the Hold function to pause deliveries for a maximum of 8 weeks.
Step 1: Access your standing orders
- Sign In to Fruit Box Connect. View Sign in to Fruit Box Connect for more information
- Select Locations/Standing Orders from the left navigation to view your registered delivery locations
- Choose the location associated with the standing order you’d like to modify
- Select your standing order
- Review your current product list and quantities
Step 2: Apply a hold
- Select Hold from the Standing Order Controls
- Use the calendar to choose the date range for your hold and press Submit
- Sit back and relax. A message banner will appear at the top of your standing order screen to notify you that the change has been applied
