Looking to introduce fruit to your workplace? Perhaps you’d like to split your milk order across multiple days? With Fruit Box Connect you can tailor your orders to your needs, providing you meet minimum order requirements.
Step 1: Access your standing orders
- Sign In to Fruit Box Connect. View Sign in to Fruit Box Connect for more information
- Select Locations/Standing Orders from the left navigation to view your registered delivery locations
- Choose the location you’d like your new standing order to be delivered to
Step 2: Create a new standing order
- Select Add New Standing Order

A pop up will appear for you to generate
- Enter a Standing Order Nickname for your Standing order, for example ‘Main Kitchen Milk'

Select the service type from the drop down. We offer two standing order service types:
- Milk Service this includes milk, dairy & chilled items, such as fresh dairy, plant based and lactose free milk, butter, margarine, juice, yoghurt and specialty coffee
- Fruit Service this includes our seasonal fruit box, fruit preference items, snacking fruit and vegies, dried fruit & nuts, bread and specialty coffee
- Select your desired delivery frequency: weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- If you have any delivery notes you have the option to enter them e.g., deliver to ground floor kitchen using access pass
- Select your preferred start week
- Click Submit
- Your new standing order will appear as a Draft under your selected delivery address
- Select Add Products to browse the range of products you can add to your chosen service type. Choose Add to Standing Order under each product to add the product to your new order.
- When you're happy with your selections, click Back to Standing Order in the top left-hand corner of the screen to review your order.
- Ensure you have your draft standing order selected
- Once you check the products and quantities you have selected, click the green Submit button within the light green banner located above your standing orders. Our team will be in touch prior to your first delivery
