Place a single pantry order (1 min read)

Australia's favourite workplaces are introducing a wider variety of complimentary food products to their tearooms to keep their staff engaged and productive. 

Once we have your fruit and milk covered, we can help you create the perfect pantry and the cleaning supplies to keep it all sparkling too! Generally, all pantry orders are delivered separately to your fruit/milk standing order, as single orders, giving you the option to purchase in bulk or as frequently as you like.

Step 1: Choose your delivery location

  1. Sign In to Fruit Box Connect. View Sign in to Fruit Box Connect (1 min read) for more information
  2. Use the location selector at the top of the page to select your desired delivery location, ensuring you have the correct location/state selected. You don’t need to worry about the standing order displayed next to the location selector, this won’t impact your pantry order

Please Note: If you change the location at any time, your current cart will be cleared. If you need to add a new location view Add a new delivery location (1 min read) for more information. 

Step 2: Place a pantry order

Add products to cart

  1. Select Pantry from the main menu to browse the full pantry range.  If you already know exactly what you’re after you can use the search bar
  2. You can use the filters, located to the left of the products to help guide your search. Filter by category, Australian made, sustainable products, by unit, carton and more
  3. Click the + or - to choose the quantity that suits your workplace needs
  4. Some products are available in cartons to help keep your pantry stocked for longer. You will see a drop-down bar if you have the choice between a unit or carton
  5. When you’re happy with your product and quantity, select Add to Cart

View your cart

  1. Click the shopping bag icon to view your cart
  2. You can update any product Quantity using the drop-down box
  3. Select … to add items to your wishlist or remove an item from your cart
  4. Once you are happy with your cart, you can click Secure Checkout

Proceed to checkout

  1. Review you order once more; this is your last chance to edit your order quantities
  2. Enter any delivery instructions if required e.g., access via loading dock and lift 
  3. Click Continue to Payment to checkout securely using eWAY. If you don't have access, please submit a request selecting 'Finance'
  4. Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions you can select Place Order
  5. Sit back and relax - a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox, and we’ll take care of the rest

Please Note: If you are placing this order for a draft location you have recently added, this location will be validated prior to your order being approved.
