Whether you're adding a new location or a new delivery point at an existing location, use Fruit Box Connect and explore the localised range.
Step 1. Access your locations/standing orders
- Sign In to Fruit Box Connect. View Sign in to Fruit Box Connect for more information
- Select Locations/Standing Orders from the left navigation
Step 2. Add a new delivery location
- In the main Locations/Standing Orders screen select Add New Location
- A pop up will appear for you to generate
- Enter a ‘Location Nickname’ that’s easily identifiable to you
- Complete your address, city, state and postcode
- Click Save
- Your new location is now saved as a Draft
- You can now add a new standing order or place a pantry order
A. Add a new standing order
- Click on your new draft location to Add New Standing Order

B. Place a pantry order
- Select your new draft location from the top menu
- View Place a single pantry order for more information
Please note:
- Basic User: If you have requested a new delivery location you will have visibility of the new location. If you did not request the delivery location you will need to ask your admin user to assign this location to you
- Admin User: You will have visibility over all existing and new delivery locations with the ability to assign locations to basic users
- It can take up to 1 hour for the delivery location to appear in your account
