Step 1: Access your standing orders
- Sign In to Fruit Box Connect. View Sign in to Fruit Box Connect for more information
- Select Locations/Standing Orders from the left navigation to view your registered delivery locations
- Choose the location associated with the standing order you’d like to modify
- Select your standing order with the Hold you’d like to remove
Step 2: Remove a hold
- You will notice a green banner above your standing orders with a Remove Hold button. You will also find the same button above your order. Selecting either of these buttons will remove the hold from your standing order
- A confirmation message will appear on screen once your Hold has been removed, and a confirmation email sent to your inbox
Please note: editing a hold is not possible. Should you need to adjust the date range, please remove the hold and then place a new hold.
